The Start

In 2008, when most people were pulling back, I started Titan as a trade contractor. I'd spent years as a superintendent for a home builder, and I understood what homeowners actually needed. Not shortcuts. Not excuses. Work that matched the promises made.

That first year was about doing the work ourselves—framing, painting, roofing, whatever the job required. We took on fire and water damage restoration because our neighborhood needed it. We did tenant improvements for small businesses because we knew how to listen. Gradually, we brought on people who shared that same standard, and we started taking on bigger projects: whole home remodels, kitchen renovations, ADU construction.

Over the past 18 years, serving the greater Phoenix Valley, we learned that every detail matters. Whether it's the finish on a new kitchen or the structural integrity of a roof coating, people notice when you care. They remember it. They tell their neighbors.
